📦 Delivery of Services

• Soft Copies: PDF reports are emailed within 2 working days.
• Hard Copies: Available only in India, delivered within 14 working days via India Post.

💸 Refunds & Cancellations

• Reports once generated are non-refundable.
• If a mistake is from our side, a corrected report will be provided free of cost.
• If delivery is delayed beyond the promised time, you are eligible for a full refund.
