📦 Refund & Delivery Policy

Soft Copy Delivery

• Reports are delivered in PDF format via email/WhatsApp within 2 working days.
• If not received in time, contact us at bookings@srivedicastro.com.

Hard Copy Delivery

• Available only in India, sent via India Post within 14 working days.

Refund Policy

• Reports are personalized and non-refundable once generated.
• If errors occur due to our mistake, a corrected report will be provided free of charge.
• If delivery is delayed beyond promised timelines, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds apply only to the cost of the report.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Once a horoscope report is generated, cancellations are not allowed. If you cancel before processing, you may request a refund by contacting us at bookings@srivedicastro.com.
